- Please provide us with the documents below via email.
- Certificate of incorporation
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Register of directors
- Register of shareholders
- Good standing /Incumbency (if the company is older than 1 year)
- Passport of Directors
- Passport of shareholders (anyone who has more than 20%)
- Once our compliance team approves your documents, we will inform you to open a USD wallet on your client portal (for the IB commission settlement).
- We will send you an IB contract to sign from both parties.
- Once Steps No.3 & 4 are done, our IB department will arrange your IB registration with your IB link.
