My documents got rejected. What should I do?

As a fully regulated broker, NOZAX follows strong anti-money laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer policies (KYC). As a result, we must ensure that all of our users have been thoroughly verified and that their documents adhere to our regulations. 

If your Proof of Identity or Proof of Residence documents are refused, you will receive an email explaining why they were rejected and suggesting a solution based on the rejection reason. 

In general, if your documents were rejected, you should take the following steps: 

  1. Go to your account's Verification section and upload all of the additional documents that have been requested there, or upload your documents again. 
  2. Check your email to see whether you received an email from our customer service staff explaining why your papers were rejected. You'll also receive instructions on how to resolve the problem in the email.
