We’ll request personal information from both new customers and long-standing customers due to obligatory ‘Know your Client’ (KYC) procedures that we must follow, in accordance with international Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations. These rules require NOZAX to put procedures in place to verify the identity of any person seeking to open an account and to maintain records of their information.
